    My wife Jenny and I are a fitness duo that created a health & wellness movement that has served thousands of clients over a ten year period. 

    We have a brick and mortar presence in the suburbs of Washington DC and a growing online community, we are on our way to changing 100k lives.

    Together we have over 20 years of combined experience in fitness and nutrition and are considered the go-to experts in helping our Fit Human community get leaner, stronger, and mentally resilient.

    I Just Signed Up - What's Next?

    Welcome to the program! We couldn't be more excited that your'e starting this journey with us. We know you're going to see amazing results! Your Pocket Coach account will be setup for you after your order is complete. You can download the Fit Human app from both the Apple store and Google play. The links for each will be sent to you in your confirmation email. Be sure to review the welcome video on how to navigate the app. Don’t forget to join the Fit Human Collective and check out Brian & Jenny's welcome videos. 

    How Long Will I Need to Use Pocket Coach to See Results?

    We're sure you've heard this before; fitness is a journey not a destination. By following along with the workouts, adjusting your nutrition, and creating life-long habits you will start success-stacking.  We recommend sticking with Pocket Coach for at least 90 days to see the most progress. We've created both a monthly payment option as well as an annual one-time payment max savings. 

    How Often are the Recipes Updated?

    Once you sign-up for Pocket Coach you will have access to our Digital Cookbook which has creative options for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, shakes, and more. Each month we will send you 12-15 new recipes for your healthy menu arsenal that we will also update in the recipe portal. You will have complete control over your nutrition and won't have to worry about getting bored or a lack of options! 

    What is the Cancellation Policy?

    We hate to think of you leaving the program but hey, life happens! There is no long-term commitment to Pocket Coach. If you cancel inside of 7-days from your next billing cycle you will be billed one final time. If you cancel outside of a 7-day window you will not be charged another month. 

    I've Never Worked Out Before, Can I Do This?

    You bet! Once you sign-up for Pocket Coach you will be sent a new client survey that will ask about your training history and goals. Each survey is reviewed by one of our coaches - your training program will be assigned based on the answers you provide. If you're at the beginner level that's the program that will be assigned to you. If you find the workouts are too easy we can always adjust your program "up".  

    What Equipment Do I Need for This?

    We have program options for people with and without equipment. The body weight only program is pretty extensive. Because we're able to program based on repetition, time, and resistance we're able to keep the workouts pretty fresh. If you do have equipment at the house that's even better (but not necessary).
