    The definition of "eating healthy" varies from person to person based on personal experience, personal influence, and what the media and marketing machines determine to be "within bounds." In reality though, many people struggle with the concept of "eating healthy." Does that mean staying clear of certain foods? Eating organic only? Non-GMO? No wonder people get confused! Our definition of "healthy" is to incorporate a holistic approach to nutrition. Avoid (as much as you can) anything from a bag, box, or can.
